Outland Design was retained by The Mission Group to prepare a landscape development permit plan, landscape construction drawings and undertake contract administration and site inspection services for this 44-unit townhome development in Kettle Valley. A community gathering space was created for the residents, which incorporated an open lawn area, children’s playground, and path system with benches. Custom details such as; a stone-clad entry feature, circular arbor and decorative fencing were created to provide a unique look to the development.
