Ecora’s contaminated site’s team delivers a range of site assessments, and investigations. We work closely with First Nations communities and clients across all sectors working within the Framework of the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment’s guidelines, and the Ministry of Environment and Parks’ associated regulations and protocols. We work in collaboration with our clients to assess the property’s history, commercial or industrial uses, and the potential for contamination. In addition, we work closely with our clients to figure out if the property’s soil, water, vapour, or sediment are contaminated.
Ecora has the professionals and technicians to successfully manage and deliver your project. Whether it’s conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, Phase II Environmental Site Assessment, Stage I Preliminary Site Investigation, or Stage II Preliminary Site Investigation. In addition, we provide services to support Ministry applications for protocols, site risk classifications, waste discharge permit applications, site identification and non-waste soil characterization and relocation.
