Outland Design was retained by The Mission Group as the project landscape architects, working in coordination with Raymond Letkeman Architects and Protech Consultants, for this townhome development located adjacent to scenic Knox Mountain Park in southwest Kelowna. The team worked with The Mission Group to produce a development permit plan, landscape construction drawings and provided contract administration and site inspection services to ensure that the landscape installation was installed as per the design drawings. The landscape design features a number of amenities for residents including community gardens, children’s playground and trail system around the adjacent water retention pond.
