Stephanie’s academic foundation was built at the University of Calgary, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Business Management. Her journey continued at Mount Royal University where she completed a Diploma in Human Resources. Stephanie brings a wealth of experience to Ecora , having returned to the HR field after a seven-year hiatus, and she’s loving her role more than ever.  

Stephanie believes in supporting her team to help them flourish, which in turn benefits Ecora’s clientele and community. She also sees the importance of a healthy corporate culture as it significantly influences daily work experiences and overall job performance. Outside of her professional pursuits, Stephanie enjoys the endless outdoor activities that Kelowna has to offer.
