Outland Design was retained by School District No. 23 to prepare design development drawings and tender documentation for this new elementary school in the Rose Valley area of West Kelowna. The plans include a playground, unique outdoor project spaces for 21st century learning, playfields, and general landscaping for the site. Outland Design also provided contract administration and site inspection services during landscape construction.
