Outland Design was retained by the City of Vernon to prepare landscape development permit and construction plans for their downtown revitalization project. With a desire to provide an exciting, and lively outdoor space for residents and visitors, the city of Vernon worked with Outland Design to create a beautiful space incorporating seating areas, outdoor patio areas, and feature plantings. The streetscape creates a comfortable, friendly environment that is both pedestrian and vehicle orientated. Outland Design also provided contract administration and site inspection services.
