PROJECT

Outland Design was retained by the City of Kelowna to act as the contract administrator during the construction phase of the revitalization project for Bernard Avenue. The project has been very successful, with positive reception from both local residents and visitors. The redesign of the space to include seating areas, feature plantings, extra space for outdoor patios and parallel parking spots have truly transformed the streetscape and brought life back to the downtown core of the city.
