Outland Design, in co-operation with Bufo Incorporated, has been retained by the City of Kelowna to develop a comprehensive set of set of wayfinding guidelines for the City’s network of multi-use corridors. The guidelines will be implemented in over 50 kilometres of multi-use pathways, some of which are existing, and the remainder of which will be constructed over the next 20 years. The guidelines give direction using an integrated system of information signs, markings, trailheads, kiosks, banners & route markers to assist users to navigate safely, efficiently & seamlessly through the network of multi-use pathways.
